REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returned items in their unopened original condition for a full refund, less shipping. To return a product purchased through Taïla Skincare online, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Service
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail our Customer Service department at info@tailaskincare.com to initiate the return process and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA number).

2. Complete the Return Form & print the pre-paid label
Return labels will be sent to your email address on the order unless otherwise provided. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.

3. Prepare your return
Please safely pack the products and include the return form. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the return label.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

At this time Taïla Skincare cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
