SHIPPING INFORMATION

Taïla online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Below are the shipping options available:

- Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders within the US, not including sales tax
- Standard Ground Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.*
- Overnight and Second Day delivery is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*
- Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.
- Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

At this time Taïla cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

GIFT WRAPPING

Taïla offers gift wrapping per product for a fee of $7.00.  Gift wrapping includes Taïla gift box and ribbon.

PAYMENT METHODS

Taïla accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. At this time, we cannot accept any gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing.
Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

All orders will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

- If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at infoi@tailaskincare.com
- If an item is missing, immediately contact us to notify us of the situation.
