What is the shelf life of taïla products?
Unopened, our products have a shelf life of up to 24 months. Once opened and exposed to air, we recommend using the product within 6 to 9 months to experience the peak potency of the fresh, living phyto-nutrients.
Why is there a change in aroma and color compared to the last time I purchased the same product?
Because we refuse to use synthetic stabilizers or artificial colorants, our formulas mirror the natural variations of the earth. The color, texture and aroma of our cold-pressed oils and raw botanicals naturally shift depending on the specific harvest, soil conditions and rainfall of that season. This variability is proof of a truly living, unadulterated formula.
Do you use fragrances or perfume to scent your products?
No. We never use synthetic fragrances, chemical perfumes or masking agents. The intoxicating scents of our products are the pure, therapeutic results of our raw botanical extracts, precious woods and organic essential oils compounded together.
Why do some products sometimes get sediment in them? Is it okay to use?
Yes, it is completely safe and normal. Because we utilize whole-plant extracts and traditional decoction methods rather than highly processed, stripped chemical liquids, microscopic plant nutrients can naturally settle over time. Simply give your bottle a gentle shake to reintegrate the formula.
How are your products preserved?
We use natural preservation systems to protect the absolute integrity and safety of our formulas.
