RETURN POLICY

Our mission at Taïla is to provide you with skincare that is potent, effective and transformative. We encourage you to read the detailed product descriptions and ingredient listings for all our products to assist in uncovering any potential sensitivities. Your happiness is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept any full-sized products for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.

Terms and conditions:
• Only products purchased on Tailaskincare.com may be returned for a refund.
• Return requests must be received within 30 days of initial purchase
• All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• All international orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items shipped internationally.
• We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and may not be appealed.

     (ii) Reason for Return

When preparing your return, please safely pack the products in their original boxes and include your packing slip. Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.


 DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

• If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and immediately send pictures of the damage to info@tailaskincare.com within 14 days of delivery.
• If an item is missing, please immediately notify us of the situation within 14 days of delivery
• We are not responsible for any damage, defects, material differences or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. Replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company will not be honored. Packages lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. Please contact them directly.


SHIPPING, HANDLING, & PROCESSING

We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Ground shipping on all US orders.

• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
